1. Return Eligibility

  • The size received is different from the order placed
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • All tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact
  • The product should not show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn footwear
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale offers (if applicable)

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
